What do I need to get TimeTrust running?

Can I use Timetrust on any device?
Yes – TimeTrust is a web application so all you need is a Web Browser (Chrome preferred) and you will have access to TimeTrust
Does each employee have to login to use Timetrust?
Only if that employee is accessing TimeTrust from outside of their companies local network, for instance an employee on site accessing TimeTrust through the internet. For Workshop environments, employees do not have to login to use TimeTrust, and they can scan in with a barcode or fingerprint to identify themselves if required.
What are Roles & Pay Types?
Roles are groups of employees that share the same working hours. In each role you define the hours (or start and end times) for the pay types that exist. Pay Types are the different pay scales that employees can be paid. For example Normal Time, Time & Half, and Double Time.
Can the information captured on an electronic timesheet be customised?
Yes, TimeTrust offers 6 different data entry screens, and on these screens you have a selection of fields that you can configure that you want your employees to capture. It an be as basic or advanced as required.
Can an employee modify their time sheet after posting it, but before it has been processed through to payroll or jobs?
This is a permission based setting, so you can choose to allow this or not.
