And the NEW VERSION makes it even easier with CSV and MS Excel functionality.

Data Automator now includes the functionally to import MS Excel (2003 and 2007), CSV and Tab Delimited files directly into Sybiz Vision.

Once a valid file is selected the user can map the columns from the Excel file to the properties available for the transaction in Sybiz. You can also specify whether the row is either a header row or line row. This is only an option if the transaction allows for it. And lest we forget, the option for custom fields is also available!

But that’s not all!

This functionality will still work with the scheduler, allowing the user to import the Excel files on a recurring basis.

Ooe other useful feature for the new Data Automator is the Daily Email Alert alert. This email alert (you add this alert via the Scheduler tab within Data Automator) will give you a daily summary of what has occurred in terms of Imports/Exports and Errors – an extremely useful verification tool.
