Quick and Easy Certification for Partners

Completing the Partner Cash Manager Silver Certification

Once you’ve run through the Cash Manager Getting Started Training, you’re ready to be certified.

This is easy to do, in 3 steps:

  1. Complete the 3 exercises below (on your desktop version of Cash Manager);
  2. Do this by recording the exercise (see How to Certify, below);
  3. Once complete, email us your outcomes.

Complete these 3 Sections

Set up / Website knowledge

  1. Complete general set up:
  • Set up 2 users and different permissions;
  • Set up the ability to email and send own test email;
  • Create your own Debtor Actions & show these in your video.
  1. Show pricing on PlusSoftSolutions.com, nominating your country and Vendor.
Manage Debtors

Debtors Management

  1. Under Debtors Invoice Manager tab, click on the All Customer Invoices icon. Drag a column heading to sort invoices by Customer Group or by Invoice Amount.
  2. Sort column heading to only show all invoices above 10 000 ($/R/EU etc.)
  3. Prepare a suggested email template (header/footer) to send to outstanding debtors over 60 days.
  4. Before sending a TEST EMAIL, untick any two debtors (to “Exclude Customers from a Reminder Run”)

Budgets and Cashflow

  1. Point out Master Budget in Cash Manager.
  2. Point out Grouped Account View and Individual Account View.
  3. Prepare a “WHAT IF” budget (name Silver Cert) and show a difference to Master Budget by increasing overall revenue by 20% and decreasing expenses by 10%.
  4. Save and show visual difference on Graph between two budgets.
  5. Under the Cashflow Forecasting tab, prepare a WHAT IF Cash Flow forecast on the new Silver Cert Budget.
  6. Show the settings for a 30 Day Cash Flow forecast.
